Every shift loses hours in front of a screen. Vounded gives that time back.
How it works
Demo of the Vounded app: a resident’s name is spoken, a voice note is recorded, the note is written in under five seconds and signed so it is filed in your care management software.
Say the nameof the resident.
Say out loudwhat happened.
The note is readyin under 5 s.
Sign it, and it’sin your software.
Say the resident’s name or room and Vounded finds them. No scrolling through lists, no keyboard.
One recording, the way you’d tell a colleague. The progress note, observations and team updates all come from it.
The note arrives written and organised before you put your phone away.
Review and sign. Every detail lands in its place: standard and custom observations, team updates and the care plan.

You speak. Vounded sorts it. Your software records it.
The structured record goes straight into the resident’s file in your care management software.
The waveform of a voice note splits into four cores, one per section, and becomes a sphere in your care management software with one band per section: follow-up (dizzy, no fall), observations (blood pressure 130/80 and 36.4 °C) and team updates (notify the nurses). Messaging is coming soon.

From Ronda, an app already in use that records each resident’s condition by voice and feeds it into the home’s management system, with no typing.
Read in El Correo de AndalucíaThe integration is native. Vounded writes directly to the resident’s file in your care management software: it updates observations, adds notes and records consultations or care plans without the team having to open another tool. No exports, no intermediate spreadsheets and no manual syncing.
